(AllHipHop News) Swae Lee of Rae Sremmurd had a big year in 2017. The EarDrummers representative sang the hook on French Montana’s 4-times platinum single “Unforgettable.”
It looks like Swae Lee’s 2018 will be huge as well. The Mississippian engaged with some of his fans on Twitter last night, and he replied to a tweet about his reported solo R&B album.
“This will be Swaecation Vol 1 as well as some on melodies on SremmLife 3 know I won’t leave you guys hanging,” wrote Swae Lee. A separate tweet about the project’s expected release date read, “Definitely in like less than a month confirmed.”
By teaming with his brother Slim Jxmmi, Swae Lee crafted numerous Rae Sremmurd hits such as “No Flex Zone,” “No Type,” and the #1 smash “Black Beatles” featuring Gucci Mane. The duo is expected to drop their SremmLife 3 LP soon.
Swae Lee has also worked with pther stars such as Wiz Khalifa, 2 Chainz, Travis Scott, Ty Dolla Sign, and Jhené Aiko. Additionally, he co-wrote Beyoncé’s “Formation” record.
