Atlanta rapper T.I. is starring in Matty Rich's new movie "Caller 100."

(AllHipHop News) Rapper T.I. has signed on to star in director Matty Rich's second movie since his critically-acclaimed 1991 film "Straight out Of Brooklyn."

The hip-hop star, real name Clifford Harris, will topline the thriller "Caller 100," which centers around a radio personality whose chance encounter with a female listener turns his life upside down.

Rich was 19 when he made "Straight Out of Brooklyn" for just $450,000.

The movie became an indie sensation, winning the Special Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival and the Independent Spirit Award for Best First Feature.

Rich moved to Paris, France to focus on video game creation after his 1994 drama "The Inkwell" failed to set cinemas alight. He hasn't made a film since.
