(AllHipHop News) Rapper T.I's stepdaughter Zonnique Pullins, 20 was arrested Thursday evening at Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport for attempting to pass a gun through security.
According to the New York Daily News, the TSA was able to spot the .380-caliber Ruger semi-automatic pistol along with a clip and five rounds in her purse, with the assistance of an x-ray machine.
Also, Pullins claimed to have a weapons permit, but lacked the paperwork to prove her claims.
These are the instructions for transporting firearms on a flight according to the TSA:
"You may transport unloaded firearms in a locked hard-sided container as checked baggage only. Declare the firearm and/or ammunition to the airline when checking your bag at the ticket counter. The container must completely secure the firearm from being accessed. Locked cases that can be easily opened are not permitted."
The security organization then goes on to inform that all firearm parts, such as bolts and firing pins, clips and magazines are allowed to be transported in checked baggage, but are prohibited in carry-on baggage.
Pullins was arrested and booked for carrying a concealed weapon in an unauthorized area and was released from custody early this morning (June 17).
Pullins is the biological daughter of T.I.'s wife Tameka "Tiny" Harris and is a member of the girl group OMG.
