(AllHipHop News) Rapper T-Pain has until the end of October to pay off a default judgment or he will lose his Florida home to foreclosure.
The hitmaker was sued by officials at Deutsche Bank last year for allegedly defaulting on the mortgage for his home in Palm Beach County, a property for which he took out an $85,800 loan for back in 2007.
In the lawsuit, the banking officials claimed he had been failing to make mortgage payments since July 2016 and owed more than $83,000 , plus interest.
T-Pain, real name Faheem Rashad Najm, never appeared in court to answer to the legal action so the bank authorities requested a default judgment, which was granted on September 26.
The judge ordered the All I Do Is Win star to pay a total of $117,158.
If he does not pay off the entire judgment by October 29, his property will be sold off at a public auction.
