Taxstone Indicted For Gun Case Against Troy Ave


Taxstone’s legal woes just got worse. The popular podcaster is now formally indicted on weapons charges stemming from the now-infamous Irving Plaza shooting during a T.I. concert.

The breaking info was obtained by popular gossip blog Bossip.

Taxstone, real name Daryl Campbell, has been charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, and receiving a gun through interstate commerce. Through evidence, a jury decided to charge him because Taxstone’s DNA was allegedly on key parts of the gun used in the killing.
Troy Ave has not been charged with the murder of Troy Ave’s bodyguard Ronald “Banga” McPhatter.

Taxstrone faces 20 years in prison.
