Tay-K 47 Named A Suspect In Second Murder Case Involving San Antonio Shooting

The teenage rapper is facing a lot of legal trouble following two fatal incidents.

(AllHipHop News) Taymor "Tay-K 47" McIntyre became a social media trending topic and Billboard charting artist thanks to the interest in his viral hit "The Race." McIntyre's internet fame was also the result of him going on the lamb from authorities after allegedly fleeing house arrest.

The 17-year-old Dallas native was eventually captured in New Jersey and returned to Tarrant County, Texas to await trial for aggravated robbery and capital murder charges. Tay-K's legal worries do not end there, because San Antonio Express News reports he's a suspect in an unrelated second fatal shooting.

According to a police report, McIntyre is connected to a murder at a Chick-fil-A in San Antonio. 23-year-old Mark Anthony Saldivar has been identified as the victim in that case.

Saldivar was reportedly shot after getting into an argument with other passengers in a black SUV. Tay-K is accused of being one of the four other people in the vehicle.

Express News provided alleged details about the incident:

Saldivar got out of the car and started yelling for help, then stood in front of the SUV, witnesses reportedly told police. The driver accelerated at Saldivar but he held onto the SUV as it swerved, then jumped onto the vehicle after it pulled into the Chick-fil-A parking lot and began kicking the windshield, police said. The front-seat passenger stepped out of the car, shot Saldivar once, and the four occupants of the vehicle, one of whom has now been identified [as] McIntyre, drove off, according to an affidavit. A police report says surveillance cameras captured the shooting.

Taymor McIntyre is being tried as an adult in the separate murder case in Mansfield, Texas. Prosecutors believe he and four other individuals are responsible for a botched armed robbery and the death of Ethan Matthew Walker.

The shooting of Mark Saldivar took place about a month after the July 2016 homicide at Walker's home. McIntyre is currently in jail with a $500,000 bail.

Tay-K's "The Race" peaked at #44 on the Hot 100 chart and hit #11 on the Rap Streaming Songs chart. He also appeared on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, Hot Rap Songs, and Emerging Artists charts.
