Tay-K 47 Sued For $1 Million Over Murder Of Photographer

Tay-K 47's legal problems just got worse, if that's possible.

(AllHipHop News) Incarcerated rapper Tay-K 47 is facing more legal troubles.

The Arlington, Texas rapper is accused of robbing a local photographer of his equipment and then killing him.

Mark Anthony Saldivar was just 23-years-old when Tay-K 47 robbed him and subsequently gunned him down in a Chick-fil-A parking lot in April of 2017.

His mother, Lucia "Lucy"r, is suing Tay-K 47 for $1 million, in a new wrongful death lawsuit.

Police began searching for the rapper, born Taymor Travon McIntyre, after he cut off an ankle monitor and fled the state.

He led authorities on a manhunt which lasted for several months.

During his time on the lam, Tay-K 47 released a song called "The Race," where he posed with his own wanted picture.

The video has racked up over 130 million views, since it was released in early June of 2017.

Police eventually arrested Tay-K 47 in June of 2017 in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

In addition to killing Mark Anthony Saldivar, Tay-K 47 is also charged with robbing and murdering a 21-year-old named Ethan Walker.
