Tay Keith Celebrates Earning First No. 1 Song With Travis Scott's "Sicko Mode"

It's been a huge year for the Memphis beat maker.

(AllHipHop News) It was hard to avoid hearing "Tay Keith, f*ck these n*ggas up" in 2018. The producer tag was mixed into BlocBoy JB's "Look Alive," Drake's "Nonstop," 6ix9ine's "Stoopid," Eminem's "Not Alike," and other tracks.

Even with all of those huge placements, the most commercially successful record of the Memphis native's career is now officially "Sicko Mode." Travis Scott's smash hit featuring Drake rose to Number One on the Billboard Hot 100 this week, giving Keith his first chart topper.

"I prayed for this day my first #1," tweeted Tay. The 22-year-old's accomplishment is even more impressive because he was completing his Media Management studies at Middle Tennessee State University while working with Hip Hop's biggest stars.

Travis Scott gave a shout out to the hitmaker born Brytavious Lakeith Chambers as well as "Sicko Mode" co-producers Hit-Boy and Oz. He posted on Twitter, "Hit, Tay and Oz thanks for being amazing and understand creative cook up. Love u guys."

Oz also earned his first #1 on the Hot 100 with "Sicko Mode." The Swiss music creator tweeted, "My first #1 Billboard Hot 100. God is looking out for me!"
