(AllHipHop News) Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine was involved in a shooting, just hours after celebrating a win in court which saw him avoid prison time.
The rap star was sentenced to four years of probation, for violating the terms of his 2015 plea agreement over the sexual exploitation of a minor in a music video.
He was was sentenced to four years probation, 1,000 hours of community service and ordered to stay away from all gang members.
According to reports, 6ix9ine was planning to celebrate at a restaurant after his court hearing with representatives from his record label.
The rapper stopped at Philippe Chow on 59th Street, when things went South.
A bodyguard for the executive of the record label reportedly refused to let 6ix9ine's entourage into the restaurant, which caused a confrontation.
Other sources stated arrival crew rolled up to Philippe Chow and try to gain entrance but we refused, which caused the incident.
As an argument ensued on the street, an unknown shooterb blasted off four shots, striking one of 6ix9ine's bodyguards in the stomach.
The bodyguard is currently being treated at a hospital in downtown Manhattan.
Police are trying to identify the shooter.
