The City Of Houston Names February 24th "Meek Mill Day"

The "Stay Woke" performer provided life lessons for teens in a local juvenile facility.

(AllHipHop News) Meek Mill is one of the most celebrated emcees to emerge from Philadelphia. However, the DreamChasers leader is also getting a lot of love in a Texas town.

Houston named February 24 as "Meek Mill Day." The Championships album creator was in the city for his "Motivation Tour." He also took time to visit the Harris County Juvenile Probation Department to offer motivation for the twenty minors.

For the next stop on his tour, Meek is headed to Phoenix on February 26 and then Los Angeles to close out the month. Lil Durk and Kash Doll are the opening acts for the trek.

“I’ve watched them grind over the years and I know they’re both gonna put on great shows," stated Meek about hitting the road with the Chicago-bred rhymer and the Detroit-raised rapstress.
