(AllHipHop News) The Games sexual assault case from 2015 continues to haunt him.

On Friday, a federal judge in Chicago denied a new trial for the Los Angeles rapper due to his history of not showing up to court.

Game, real name Jayceon Terrell Taylor, was sued by Priscilla Rainey during the filming of "Shes Got Game," a reality show that aimed to find him a new girlfriend.

The lawsuit states, Taylor sexually battered Rainey that night, including by reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks in front of a crowded room of people.

While Rainey won and received $7.1 million, The Game demanded a new trial and stated the award was monstrously excessive.

U.S. District Judge Gary Feinerman closed the door on the rappers request for a new trial.

He stated, The unauthorized touching of a womans vagina and other intimate areas is a reprehensible act, particularly in front of a crowd of onlookers. And although no further justification is necessary, the reprehensibility of Taylors conduct following the battery further justifies the punitive damages award.
