The Geto Boys Prep Final Shows After Bushwick Bill Announces Stage 4 Cancer

Legendary Houston rap group The Geto Boys are preparing for their Final Shows

(AllHipHop News) Recently Bushwick Bill of the legendary Houston rap group The Geto Boys announced that he has stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

Due to the dire prognoses, the Geto Boys will reunite for a handful of final shows, so fans can see them one last time all together.

The short series of concerts entitled "The Beginning of a Long Goodbye" will be co-produced by the Adler Music Group, with a portion of proceeds going to support pancreatic cancer awareness.

Thirty years after their inception, the Geto Boys are still widely considered one of the greatest Southern rap groups of all time.

Consisting of Scarface, Bushwick Bill, and Willie D, the pioneering Houston rappers were a catalyst in popularizing the Southern Hip-Hop movement, influencing generations of rappers.

The four shows scheduled below will be the first shows on sale, with a few more to be announced in the coming days.
