Tidal is now honoring the late Prince's birthday (June 7) by making an additional 15 albums available for streaming. The latest inclusions feature The Black Album, Crystal Ball, One Nite Alone... Live!, and more.
Before his death in April, Prince was an outspoken advocate for Tidal. He explained to reporters in 2015 why he backs Jay and his streaming venture.
“Once we have our own resources, we can provide what we need for ourselves,” said Prince. “Jay Z spent $100 million of his own money to build his own service. We have to show support for artists who are trying to own things for themselves.”
