The woman who accused Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears of child sexual abuse dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice.

A Jane Doe dismissed her child sexual abuse lawsuit against Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears.

According to TMZ, Jane Doe asked a judge to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice. She will be unable to refile the case after accusing Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears of grooming and molesting minors.

Jane Doe issued a statement about dismissing the lawsuit. She made no mention of Aries Spears but noted Tiffany Haddish “would never harm” the alleged victims.

“My family and I have known Tiffany Haddish for many years – and we now know that she would never harm me or my brother or help anyone else do anything that could harm us,” Jane Doe said. “We wish Tiffany the best and are glad that we can all put this behind us.”

The 22-year-old woman sued the comedians over sexually suggestive videos involving a then 14-year-old Jane Doe and her brother.

Jane Doe claimed Tiffany Haddish groomed her, resulting in the teenager mimicking oral sex for a video. The lawsuit also accused Aries Spears of molesting Jane Doe’s then 7-year-old brother while filming a skit titled “Through a Pedophile’s Eyes.”

An attorney for Aries Spears called the lawsuit a “shakedown.” Tiffany Haddish’s lawyer initially expressed similar sentiments, but the comic later expressed regret for her role in the videos in a statement on Instagram.

“I know people have a bunch of questions,” she said. “I get it. I’m right there with you. Unfortunately, because there is an ongoing legal case, there’s very little that I can say right now. But, clearly, while this sketch was intended to be comedic, it wasn’t funny at all — and I deeply regret having agreed to act in it. I really look forward to being able to share a lot more about this situation as soon as I can.”
