Tip "T.I." Harris Signs With Epic Records, Set To Release 'Dime Trap' Album

The Grand Hustle leader has the backing of another major.

(AllHipHop News) Epic Records adds another prime-time talent to its growing roster. Tip "T.I." Harris is now officially an artist under the label headed by Sylvia Rhone.

The partnership was marked with the release of two brand new records from Tip. The Atlanta-bred emcee dropped "Jefe" featuring Meek Mill and "Wraith" featuring Yo Gotti. Both tracks are expected to appear on the upcoming Dime Trap album.

Since his arrival on the Hip Hop scene in the early 2000s, T.I. has spent time signed to Arista, Atlantic, Columbia, and Roc Nation. He now joins a musical line-up at Epic that includes Travis Scott, DJ Khaled, 21 Savage, French Montana, Future, Rick Ross, Yo Gotti, and Nick Grant.

It was announced last week that "Leave Me Alone" rapper Flipp Dinero is teaming with Khaled's We The Best and Epic Records. Popular YouTuber Darryl "PontiacMadeDDG" Granberry reportedly signed a deal with the 65-year-old record company this summer.

T.I.'s Dime Trap is slated for a 2018 release date. The LP will be the Grammy winner's first full-length album since 2014's Paperwork.
