(AllHipHop News) Rumors about a Ty Dolla $ign-Jeremih collaborative project has been in the atmosphere for months. While premiering his new song “Clout” featuring 21 Savage on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 show, Ty confirmed he connected with the Chicago crooner for an LP.
"Next month I'm dropping a whole other project with me and my brother Jeremih," said TD$. "That's like a full-length album. I'm so excited for that one. We did it with my bro Hitmaka [aka Yung Berg]. He produced the whole thing. So it's a consistent album of bangers."
The LA-based vocalist added, "We probably did like eight sessions, maybe less than that. We got like 60 songs and we had to choose 13 or 14. There are leftovers from that project that we could probably give away to some of the homies."
Jeremih and Ty Dolla $ign worked together on songs in the past. Tracks like "Impatient" off J's Late Nights and "Dawsin's Breek" off Ty's Beach House 3 are examples of their musical chemistry.
TD$ is also releasing a deluxe edition of Beach House 3 on May 11. The 21 Savage-assisted "Clout" will live on that version and a video for the collab will be released.
