Tyga Offers Up Argument In Lawsuit Claiming Bodyguards Beat Process Server

The "Rack City" rapper is defending himself from yet another lawsuit.

(AllHipHop News) Rap star Tyga has denied claims he ordered his security guards to beat up a process server as he was celebrating his 27th birthday.

Tyga just filed legal documents, stating that he had nothing to do with his bodyguards' actions when they beat up a process server as the rapper entered Penthouse nightclub in Hollywood in November 2016.

Video footage showed Adam Harari presenting the rapper the papers as he made his way from his car to the club’s entrance.

As he was trying to do is his job, the server claimed he was “grabbed, yanked, pulled and choked” by a member of Tyga’s entourage.

The rapper is also claims Harari's insurance should cover his medical costs and accused the process server of starting the altercation.
