Vic Mensa Explains The Concept Behind His Upcoming 'Hooligans' EP

G-Eazy, Ty Dolla $ign, and more will appear on the project.

(AllHipHop News) The Chicago emcee born Victor Mensah is close to releasing a new body of work. On December 14, Vic Mensa fans will get the chance to hear the Grammy-nominated artist's Hooligans EP.

"Growing up we referred to ourselves as the Hyde Park Hooligans, so with the EP I wanted to encapsulate energies that represented that experience as well as what's going on in my life now, for better or for worse," says the Roc Nation/Capitol Records artist.

The G-Eazy-assisted "Reverse" single will be on Hooligans. Ty Dolla $ign, Charlie Wilson, Lil Herb, Jesse Rutherford, and Mr. Hudson are also credited on the collection.

Last week, Vic let loose new visuals for "Dark Things." A limited merchandise collection is also currently available. The Hooligans EP follows 2017's The Manuscript EP and The Autobiography studio album.
