Last December, DJ Pauly D officially inked a deal with 50 Cent's G-Note Records. The record label differed from his well-known G-Unit brand in the sense that G-Note artists came from all genres, including R&B, Dance, Pop, and more.
Not long after the ink dried, Pauly and 50 revealed another part of their "plan," which was to have the DJ, most famously known for the reality show "Jersey Shore," release his own line of custom SMS Audio headphones. Fast forward a few months, and Pauly D has dropped two singles, wrapped and aired the first season of his solo reality show, "The Pauly D Project," and landed residencies as DJ at both The Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and Harrah's Pool in Atlantic City, NJ, all while working on his debut album for 50 Cent and G-Note.
Pauly D spoke briefly to AllHipHop.com as he hit the Jersey Shore once again last weekend to perform for a full house of rabid fans at The Bamboozle 2012 Festival. Pauly talked about the G-Note deal with 50 Cent, who will also appear on the DJ's debut album, what sets him apart, and more. Check out our exclusive interview with DJ Pauly D below:
