Vince Staples Wants To Help Start A Conversation About "N*ggerfishing" Online

Is there an epidemic of white women pretending to be black women on social media?

(AllHipHop News) Vince Staples has made it clear that he is not afraid to touch on hot-button issues. Last night, the FM! emcee decided to engage his 968,000 Twitter followers in a racial discussion associated with social media.

"I am currently researching n*ggerfishing...white people let’s start a dialogue," posted Staples. "Everybody search n*ggerfishing just trust me."

The 25-year-old West Coaster added, "N*ggerfishing is [Caucasians] posing as black and beautifuls on social media. If we catch you in the streets n*ggerfishing we will jump you and take your social."

In the past, Staples has been known to mix addressing serious topics with online trolling. His latest statements were linked to a subject that had been playing out on Twitter over the previous hours, including a viral thread by music writer Wanna Thompson.
