Questlove is still dealing with a messy lawsuit filed by two white guys who claim they were fired because of their race.

(AllHipHop News) Two guys suing The Roots' drummer Questlove for racism are not backing down from their claims they were unjustly fired because they are white.

Former NBC workers Kurt Decker and Michael Cimino filed a $2 million lawsuit against Quest and the network.

The men allege they were booted from “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” because they are white.

Th issues started over racist, misogynistic texts sent from a stagehand on the set, which the men say they received unsolicited.

Decker and Michael Cimino claim Questlove wanted them fired too, and he got his wish, the men claim.

The men cite a social media post Quest sent out stating “[T]hat time I got sued for being offended by racism," which they say supports their claim The Roots' drummer personally had them axed.

Questlove is asking a judge to dismiss the lawsuit, claiming Kurt Decker and Michael Cimino the men are refusing to follow NBC's arbitration process.
