Wiz Khalifa Reacts To Kanye West Name Dropping Him On "Yikes"

The Taylor Gang leader answers whether he would collaborate with Ye.

(AllHipHop News) Wiz Khalifa is preparing to release Rolling Papers 2 on July 13. The Pittsburgh rhymer is currently on a press run to promote the upcoming album.

V-103 host Big Tigger caught up with Wiz for an interview. The conversation featured the "Real Rich" rapper responding to being name-dropped on Kanye West's Ye track "Yikes."

"It was cool, he was talking about smoking pot. Made sense," said Khalifa. "We don't talk. There's no beef. It was just him going crazy."

Back in 2016, Kanye and Wiz were involved in a public spat. The conflict ignited after Ye wrongly assumed Wiz mentioned his wife, Kim Kardashian, on Twitter.

The "kk" tweet was actually a reference to the "Khalifa Kush" cannabis strain, not Kim K. Kanye eventually admitted to being confused.

When asked if he would make a song with Yeezy, Wiz replied, "I don't know. I don't like to base my opinion on people off of other people's opinion or things that could be miscommunicated. I love his beats."
