(AllHipHop News) Wyclef Jean will headline a controversial concert at the University of Colorado on April 20, also known as "4/20."
Wyclef will hit the stage on "4/20," which is also a popular marijuana smoking holiday.
According to the University, the $150,000 concert featuring Wyclef is meant to serve as a distraction from smoking marijuana that day.
