XXXTentacion Teams With Miami Children's Initiative To Help Local Kids

The '?' album creator is promoting the importance of focusing on education and talent.

(AllHipHop News) Over the last year, XXXTentacion (born Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy) has found his name in headlines for several negative stories, but the Florida-based artist is presently showing his altruistic side. The "Changes" singer is giving back to his local community by working with the Miami Children's Initiative to provide assistance to local youth in Liberty City.

"I understand what it feels like to struggle as a kid growing up with absolutely nothing," said Onfroy. "I hope I can share my experiences and explain that education along with pursuing your talents are the only ways out. I also want the kids to know that their immediate surrounding does not have to dictate their future."

XXX and MCI are partnering for a series of events to foster a sense of community and raise revenue for services and educational opportunities. The campaign will include a college tour, a leadership trip, a family/community event, an ice cream social, and flag football games.

This past week also saw the release of XXXTentacion's ? project. HitsDailyDouble reports the 18-track collection is predicted to debut at #1 on the album chart with 110,000 - 125,000 sales plus streaming units.
