Xzibit Accused Of Promoting Weed Oil Laced With Pesticides

A man claims he had some vape cartridges that were laced with pesticides.

(AllHipHop News) Xzibit is being sued by a man who claims he became sick after using the star's strain of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) oil.

Ignacio Lee alleges that he began using Brass Knuckles branded THC Concentrate Vape Cartridges in Candy Apple and Sour Diesel in July 2016, after seeing Xzibit's boasts on Instagram that "our oil is clean" and "COMPLETELY pesticide AND contaminate FREE".

However, in 2017, Lee claims he began to experience illnesses such as fatigue, headaches, nausea, chest pains, shortness of breath, wheezing and difficulty breathing.

He stopped using the oil, made from the chemical responsible for the majority of marijuana's psychological effects, in August and alleges the symptoms then disappeared.

In the lawsuit, Lee claims he had an independent lab test conducted on the product, with the results finding there were detectable levels of pesticides.

He's now filed a class action on behalf of all the people who smoked that strain of the product and is asking for financial damages, as well as an order preventing Empire star Xzibit and anyone else from advertising the oil as contaminant free.
