(AllHipHop News) YBN Almighty Jay is still recovering from two attacks over the weekend. The Texas native was in New York City when he was allegedly involved in an assault on Friday and then a separate robbery early Saturday morning.
According to TMZ, Jay was stabbed with a blade multiple times. He also reportedly suffered head and facial lacerations after being hit with a Hennessy bottle which required 300 stitches.
The alleged attackers are said to be flaunting Jay's stolen Rap-A-Lot Records chain on social media. Rap-A-Lot label head J. Prince called on "street n*ggas" in NYC to "get an understanding" about the situation with his protégé Almighty Jay.
However, accused gang leader Hasan “Hocus 45th” Harris responded to Prince's Instagram PSA with his own IG statement. Harris wrote, "I don't do this internet sh*t... You really expect us to just flip on our Borough? N*ggas get robbed everyday B🤷♂️... I respect ya sh*t but your approach wasn't right on this OG."
Jay returned to Instagram yesterday. He posted, "Shoutout To All My Family, Friends & Fans That Kept Me In High Spirits While I Was Down. I Love Y’all. I Want To Give A Special Shoutout To @dreamdoll.
