(AllHipHop News) Daniel "Tekashi 6ix9ine" Hernandez's online trolling and real-world behavior may cause the Brooklyn native to face time behind bars. The Manhattan District Attorney's office filed a letter to the presiding judge in Hernandez's child sex case recommending he be sentenced to 1-3 years in state prison and register as a sex offender.
In 2015, Tekashi pled guilty to use of a child in a sexual performance after authorities viewed a video of the then-18-year-old partying with a naked 13-year-old girl. His plea agreement required he not commit any crimes while on parole, but the "Fefe" performer has had several run-ins with the law since then.
Prosecutors also claimed 6ix9ine's social media posts "promote a culture of violence and glorify gang activity." Just this week, the rainbow-haired rhymer got into another Instagram feud with Los Angeles spitter YG.
When YG found out about 6ix9ine's new legal troubles, the Stay Dangerous album creator didn't show any empathy for the 22-year-old New Yorker. He wrote on Instagram, "Lil nasty ass muhf*cka. Now go to jail and get yo d*ck sucked pedophile child molester."
Instead of laying low before his next court case on October 2, Tekashi fired back at his latest rival on IG. The controversial rapper commented, "This still won't make you have a hit song. [YG] suck my d*kk [sic] with ya mother's lips."
