(AllHipHop News) Donald Trump is back to his "Twitter Fingers" attacks. His latest target is the Ball Family. The president took issue with LaVar Ball's response when asked about Trump's role in his son LiAngelo Ball and two other UCLA basketball teammates not serving time for shoplifting in China.
"Who?" replied LaVar Ball when questioned about Trump. "What was he over there for? Don't tell me nothing. Everybody wants to make it seem like he helped me out."
Trump fired back on Twitter by posting, "Now that the three basketball players are out of China and saved from years in jail, LaVar Ball, the father of LiAngelo, is unaccepting of what I did for his son and that shoplifting is no big deal. I should have left them in jail!"
Longtime Trump critic YG took that tweet as an opportunity to troll the POTUS. The Compton rapper retweeted Trump's message with the reply, "Played yo dumb ass."
LiAngelo Ball, Cody Riley, and Jalen Hill held a press conference about the incident in China. They apologized for shoplifting and thanked Trump and the United States government for intervening on their behalf. All three players have been suspended from the UCLA basketball team indefinitely.
