(AllHipHop News) Rapper Yo Gotti could lose his fancy mansion and cars to satisfy a massive $6.6 million default judgment.
What started as a minor lawsuit has turned into a serious headache for Yo Gotti.
The rapper was initially sued for skipping out on a recording session for a rapper named Young Fletcher, and keeping the $20,000 has label had forked over to drop a verse.
The label claimed Yo Gotti liked the song with Young Fletcher so much, he decided to record a similar version in addition to offering the rapper a deal worth $150,000.
Young Fletcher's label sued and Yo Gotti blew off the entire lawsuit, resulting in a massive judgment of $2.2 million.
To make matters worse for Yo Gotti, the judge decided to triple the damages awarded to Young Fletcher's label, because Yo Gotti supposedly committed willful, deceptive acts.
According to TMZ.com, if Yo Gotti does not pay up, Young Fletcher's manager is planning on seizing the Memphis rap star/record label bosses assets until the judgment is satisfied.
