(AllHipHop News) Young Dolph is truly living out his standout single, “Get Paid.”
During his set at Rolling Loud Festival in Miami last night, the Memphis rapper gifted back in a huge way: giving two fired baristas $20,000 in cash.
According to local reports, two workers at a coffee shop on campus at Duke University were fired earlier this week for playing one of Dolph’s record.
Apparently, the Vice President of Student Affairs heard the song and found it offensive — enough to terminate the employees.
Dolph caught wind of the situation and took to Twitter to voice his opinions, calling the VP “selfish.”
If that’s not enough, he brought the two ex-employees to the stage during his performance at Miami, stating, "So check this out, this what we gon’ do. I know for a fact that the VP at that school get money, but he don't get money like Dolph. So until y'all get a new job, I got $20,000 for y'all right now.”
Dolph is a real one.
