Young M.A Curates Black History Month Playlist For Apple Music

50 Cent, Jay-Z, The Notorious B.I.G., Eve, Sade, Ashanti, and more make the MC's exclusive set.

(AllHipHop News) In celebration of Black History Month, Apple Music drafted women to curate celebrity playlists. Beats 1 Radio host Ebro Darden spoke to Young M.A about her collection of records on the streamer.

50 Cent's "Many Men (Wish Death)," "I'm The Man," and "If I Can't" made the list. M.A explained to Ebro, "He's the reason why I'm a rapper to this day - big inspiration in my career, just wanting to rap, just wanting to have that super-stardom."

The Brooklynite became a "rapper-to-watch" in 2016 when her triple-platinum hit "OOOUUU" took over streaming sites, radio, and clubs. Since that time, fans of Young M.A. have been expecting a full-length LP to drop.

An official release date for Herstory In The Making is likely to be announced in the coming weeks. The 2018 Forbes 30 Under 30 pick recently dropped the track “Stubborn Ass” and a highly anticipated remix to Blueface's "Thotiana."
