Young Thug’s longtime driver is threatening to sue the rapper after he was viciously assaulted after a house party in Los Angeles.
Thugger’s longtime driver Derrick Thrasher says he got into a verbal argument with Lil Duke during a party in May of 2020. Thrasher says he left the party to avoid a fight with Lil Duke, who is an artist on Young Thug’s label YSL Records.
But all hell broke loose when Thrasher was called to do his job to scoop up Young Thug. When Thrasher arrived, he was attacked and severely beaten.
According to a letter obtained by TMZ, Thrasher’s lawyers say he was “held down, punched, kicked, and had a liquor bottle smashed over his head.”
Derrick Thrasher says his injuries were so serious that he required surgery after the assault. Lil Duke and Young Thug, as well as their label 300 Entertainment, could be hauled into the court over the matter if a settlement is not reached soon.
