(AllHipHop News) Is DC Comics entering into a renaissance period on the big screen? Todd Phillips' Joker has made over $540 million worldwide and the upcoming Birds of Prey movie is already garnering a lot of attention.

Yet another future DC motion picture has moviegoers patiently waiting to see what is coming next. Matt Reeves’ The Batman will feature Robert Pattinson (Twilight, High Life) as The Caped Crusader.

According to Variety, Zoë Kravitz (X-Men: First Class, Mad Max: Fury Road) will be joining Pattison in the rebooted Batman film. The 30-year-old actress is set to play the iconic Selina "Catwoman" Kyle.

Kravitz follows Julie Newmar, Eartha Kitt, Michelle Pfeiffer, Halle Berry, and Anne Hathaway as a live-action version of Catwoman. She previously voiced the criminal anti-hero in the animated The Lego Batman Movie.
