Desiigner won't have to register as a sex offender according to his lawyer

So, Desiigner will not have to register as a sex offender. At least that's according to his lawyer

Let's talk hip hop. Aight yo, the situation is crazy, right? Because last week we reported that Desiigner would have to register as a sex offender

because he was convicted for pulling out his meat on a flight coming back from Tokyo to like

Minnesota or something, right? It's crazy as hell. Because he went to court, he did take a plea deal, he admitted it

He said he was sorry. He also said that he had went to a psychiatric facility in Tokyo, they gave him some medication

and that he was basically on the medication and that he wouldn't have done that if he

wasn't, you know, drugged up or whatever the case may be, right? So you guys know man, Desiigner was on a flight, he was sitting in first class, he pulled out

his meat on the flight attendant, he started stroking it, he even pulled out some Vaseline

Anyway, so the marshals had to bring Desiigner to the back of the plane and sit with him

until the plane landed, right? At that point he didn't get arrested, just questioned by the cops

But now he did admit that he did it and it seems like he has 120 hours of community service

He's going to be on probation for two years and he will not have to register as a sex

offender according to his lawyer unless the state of California would like to do that

And then his lawyer basically said, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. But it is a federal misdemeanor, so basically there is no state that would have him registered

as a sex offender since it happened in the air, basically, right? The whole situation is wild, and I mean, that's what's going on for now
