Judge denies Adidas’ request to re-freeze $75M of Kanye West’s Yeezy funds

Adidas to re-freeze a $75 million line of credit for Yeezy. Let's talk hip hop

All right, Joe, the situation is crazy, right? Because a judge just ruled in Kanye's favor

against Adidas, right? At least for now, the trial is still going on and you guys know basically

Kanye's being sued, Adidas being sued. It's Adidas being sued by their investors and then

Adidas is suing Kanye West, right? The whole situation is that, of course, you guys know

Adidas gave Kanye West a $75 million line of credit for his Yeezy brand, right? The whole

situation is that they put a freeze on that $75 million while everything was trying to be figured

out, but that freeze has been lifted. So, Yeezy brand or Kanye himself can have access to the

money. A judge actually ruled in Kanye's favor or in Yeezy brand's favor denying Adidas' request to

re-freeze that $75 million, right? So, the whole situation is crazy. Now, keep in mind that was an

emergency request to freeze that money. They might be able to still be able to freeze the money if

they go through more traditional routes. So, we will see what happens, man. So, the next court date

I believe, is in a few days. Today is Tuesday, so Wednesday. I think the court date is in about

a week from now, right? So, we will see then what happens if a judge does decide to re-freeze

the $75 million line of credit for Yeezy brand, but right now, it's not frozen, right? The whole

situation is crazy, man. And you guys know, Adidas basically severed ties with Kanye West last year

When Kanye was saying that he was going to go DEF CON 3 on Jewish people, he actually did talk a
