Lauryn Hill cancels more shows

So, Lauryn Hill cancels more shows. Let's talk hip hop. Aight yo this situation is crazy right because Lauryn Hill is canceling

more of her concert dates right. As you guys know Lauryn Hill is currently on tour

The Miss Education of Lauryn Hill tour which is 25 years of that album right. Also the Fugees

on tour with her Wyclef Jean and Pryzwell. They're opening up for her so they're doing Fugees

records and Lauryn Hill records as well right. Fire ass tour man. They've been on tour for about

two months since the beginning of September and the tour is supposed to last until December 8th

right. The only problem is that Lauryn Hill is now canceling a second tour date with no rescheduled

date in sight right. So Lauryn Hill is basically saying that her voice is strained and that her

doctor is telling her that she needs to take a break right. So she went on Instagram man. She

says as you may know I've been doing my best to overcome a serious case of vocal strain slash

injury over the past week or so right. I fought through the last couple of shows pushing my voice

and making the injury with medication but this isn't safe or sustainable. I woke up this morning

hoping to have enough voice to get through tonight but I can barely talk let alone sing or rap. I

need to heal and rest my voice in order to continue the tour. For these reasons sadly my doctors have

advised me to postpone tonight's show. Much love and to all the support and look I look forward to

coming back to Texas soon right. Which is crazy. So she canceled a show in Philly last week. This

is the Texas show that she canceled yesterday. So we will see man right. Obviously you guys know

Lauryn Hill has not been on tour for a very long time. So her voice probably needs to work right. It

needs to get stronger for her to be on a long extended tour like this for months right. Maybe

for one month it's fine. Maybe even two months but we're reaching two months right now and you can

see that she's having an issue right. Unlike a Beyonce or Taylor Swift or even you know 50 Cent

who can go on tour for a very... SZA can go on tour for a very long time and not have to stop

after just two months right. So really Lauryn Hill needs to get her voice back stronger and then also

you know you gotta you gotta work that muscle. Any muscle like that will deteriorate if you
