So, Rick Ross is going to purchase a $37 million mansion in Miami. Let's talk hip hop

All right, Joe. This situation is crazy, right? Because Rick Ross is going to be purchasing a

$37 million mansion in Miami, right? And he hasn't purchased the mansion yet

but when you're dealing with buying properties at this amount, you actually have to sign a

contract to say that you intend on buying the property, right? So, Rick Ross has signed the

contract. So, he's got to buy the property or else he's going to be in breach of contract and

end up getting sued, right? So, the whole situation is that on Star Island, and they call it Star

Island, which is right off of the coast of Miami where all the stars live or where they have

mansions and they have other mansions and stuff around the country too, but Diddy lives on Star

Island, Jennifer Lopez, Shaq, and now Rick Ross is buying a huge property there too, right? It's

funny as hell because Diddy pulled up to Rick Ross's current mansion in Miami and said, look

I'm giving you this golf cart so you could get around Star Island on a golf cart, right? Then

he jokingly told Rick Ross not to be having big-ass parties like how Rick Ross has at the

Promised Land at his Fayetteville location, right? Which is funny as hell, right? And you guys know

the whole situation, man. Rick Ross owns the biggest mansion in the whole state of Georgia

His pool is the largest residential pool. It's in the Guinness Book of World Records

and Rick Ross just purchased Meek Mill's home for like $4 million in Georgia, and now he's buying

this $37 million mansion on Star Island too, right? So, needless to say, man, that Rick Ross

ain't hurting for money, and he is expanding his empire with all this real estate, and that's fire
