Yak Gotti makes 2nd attempt at bail in YSL case

So, Yak Gotti attempts to get bail in his YSL Rico case. Let's talk hip hop

Aight, yo, this situation is crazy, right? Because Yak Gotti is attempting to get bail

again, right? Y'all know Yak Gotti. He's down with YSL, Young Thug. He got locked up on the

Rico case when 28 people got scooped up to include Young Thug and Gunna, and this was probably about

three years ago now, right? Anyway, or two years ago, right? The whole situation, though

is that since then, they've let about 14 people out of jail on their own accord, man. Some people

took plea deals. Some people they let out just on time serve or whatever the case may be, right

So, the whole situation is that Yak Gotti, he actually attempted to get bail back in June of

2022, and he was denied bail, right? The reason why he was denied bail is for a few reasons, man

He got caught with a cell phone in jail. He got caught, you know, just committing gang activity

in jail. He stole another inmate's phone code so that he could use their minutes. All this is

alleged. His mom allegedly got caught trying to bring in rolling papers and tobacco into the jail

for Yak Gotti in a bag. Just a whole bunch of weird things. So, this denied his bail saying

that he's a threat to the community, right? But since then, like I said, they've let about 14

other people out of jail, and they don't think those people are a threat to the community. Gunner's

out of jail, and apparently he's not a threat to the community. So, Yak Gotti's lawyers are arguing

that what really determines a threat to the community or not, right? Of course, you guys

know that Yak Gotti, he is charged with conspiracy, a murder. So, maybe there's that, but all these

are charges, and he is innocent until proven guilty, right? So, I guess we will see what

happens, and that's what's going on for now. Let's see if Yak Gotti gets his bail, and let
