Tory Lanez says he was unjustly convicted

So Tory Lanez's lawyer is really trying to get him a new trial

Let's talk hip hop. All right, so the situation is crazy, right

Because Tory Lanez's lawyer, he's really pushing for Tory Lanez to have a new trial, and Tory

Lanez is too, right? So yesterday they put out a screenshot of the results of the DNA test on the gun that

supposedly Tory Lanez used to shoot Megan Thee Stallion, right? And the whole situation is that on the screenshot it basically said that it could be anybody

black or anybody of African American descent who had the gun, right

It's crazy because then Tory Lanez actually called his lawyer on the phone, and his lawyer

posted that conversation on Tory Lanez's Instagram, and basically Tory Lanez is saying that how

could the results of the DNA on the gun be inconclusive? It's either yes, it's Tory Lanez's, or no, it's not, right

And so because what they're saying is that it could be any person who is black in America

who did it, then really it's not. It could be half the population

Essentially it's what Tory Lanez is saying, right? He's saying that the prosecution actually suppressed the evidence to the jury so that

they would believe that it was Tory Lanez's DNA on the gun when really it wasn't, right

So this is the reason why he's requesting a brand new trial. He feels like he was unjustly convicted, right

Other than that, you guys know Megan Thee Stallion, she's saying, no, he did shoot me

and she's been pretty quiet about the whole situation while Tory Lanez is fighting for

his freedom, right? The only thing is that he probably should have did all this fighting before he got convicted

because now he already has been convicted of the shooting and the sentencing is coming

up, right? So who knows if they're even going to give him a new trial, but this is what he's trying

to do, get that appeal, right? Of course, you guys know that before the trial started, Tory Lanez had a gag order

The judge told him that he could not say anything. Meanwhile, Megan Thee Stallion was allowed to say everything

She even went and did an interview with Gayle King while Tory Lanez, even when he said something

on Twitter, he ended up getting arrested for it. So he couldn't speak about the trial at all, right

So the whole situation is crazy and man, this guy is fighting for his life
