Cam'ron may have to pay thousands for using his own photo

So Cam'ron gets sued by a photographer. Let's talk hip hop. Aight so the situation is crazy right? Because Cam'ron is getting sued by this photographer

right here right? And as you guys can see um this is the photographer that took that famous

picture of Cam'ron where he's like holding a pink flip phone where he has on the pink mink right

Um so this photographer has sent numerous things to Cam'ron basically alleging that Cam'ron

is actually using that image for a lot of his merchandise in the dip set store. Um and of

course this photographer's like I'm not getting paid for this right? Now I think the law is stupid

as crazy as hell because somebody can take a picture of you but because they took that picture

they you don't own the picture they do right? Even though it's an image of you and yourself

right? Um anyway the whole situation is that the photographer is now asking for a default judgment

for $57,000 plus $10,000 on top of that um for lawyer fees right? So Cam'ron hasn't responded

It seems like he's not gonna respond. The default judgment might come down where he's forced to pay

um but I think that would probably be cool because Cam'ron just signed a 10 million dollar

deal for his show It Is What It Is right? Um so at the end of the day It Is What It Is and I guess

he was waiting for this because now he could pay that and it probably won't hurt that much right
