So, Icewear Vezo says he sold his masters for a million dollars. Let's talk hip hop

All right, so this is pretty dope, right? Because Icewear Vezo just said that he sold his masters

for a million dollars, right? And y'all know the whole situation, man. Icewear Vezo, he's from

Detroit, and so United Masters and also Earn Your Leisure, they did a joint block party in Detroit

called Earn Your Masters where they were teaching rappers and music artists about financial literacy

right? So, it's pretty dope, man, because a lot of people were there. Haha Davis, Icewear Vezo was

there. While he was on stage performing, he actually told his fans that he sold his first

round of masters for over a million dollars, which is crazy. So, I think this is fire because a lot

of times when you're a new artist coming in the game, you don't really get to own your masters

right away. So, it seems like he must have signed a good deal to where he owned everything up front

where he was able to sell that back and get the cash, right? And of course, he used that money to

just invest back in his career, right? He also said on stage that you're not obligated to stay

with anybody on your team. You have to move on if it makes sense for you financially and business

wise, right? So, it seems like he's smart. He knows what he's doing. And also, he's a fire ass rapper
