'All Eyez One Me' Producer Claps Back At John Singlteon's Diss
Uh oh! It looks like the executive producer of the 'All Eyez On Me' Tupac biopic, LT Hutton, is none too pleased with John Singleton's negative comments on the film.
Remember Singleton hasn't watched the movie or any of the trailers, but that didn't stop him from saying he already knows Benny Boom, Sutton, and everyone else involved "f-cked it up."
Benny Boom is also a great director, so maybe the hate coming from Singleton is personal.
Singleton recently expressed that despite the fact that he was once involved with the biopic, he originally didn't want to be because he felt like he was too close to Tupac.
“I didn’t want to make it for many, many years. First of all, people wanted the story to be told, but I was so close to him. I was too close to tell the story of it. You have to remember, at first we had a working relationship and then a brotherhood.,” he said
All Singleton wanted to make sure of was that the film did the late and great Tupac and his legacy justice.
Although LT Hutton didn't put any names on his recent social media rant, this was clearly made for none other than Singleton. Hutton said,
"LET ME JUST SAY THIS !! THERE IS WAY MORE TO PUTTING OUT A FILM THAN JUST SAYING WHAT'S THE RELEASE DATE WHERE IS THE TRAILER!! HOLLYWOOD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO MESS THIS FILM UP! SO THAT MEANS AS LONG AS IT TAKES! THE NEGATIVE BULLSH-T PEOPLE CAN DO ALL THE LAME ASS INTERVIEWS THEY WANT AND CAN'T MESS THIS FILM UP !! THIS 10 YEARS OF BLOOD SWEAT AND TEARS WAS THE HARDEST THING I HAVE DONE IN MY LIFE BUT I TOOK ON THE FIGHT AND GOT IT DONE !!!! FOR THE CULTURE!!!!! THE FILM WILL SAY IT ALL !!!! 2PAC WROTE HIS ON STORY AND I MADE THIS FILM IN HIS VOICE !!!! IT'S ABOUT 2PAC NOT ABOUT ME NOT A COMPANY NOT ABOUT A DIRECTOR !!!! TUPAC POINT BLANK !!! A LOT OF PEOPLE WORKED VERY HARD ON MAKING THIS HAPPENED AND STILL WORKING THIS HOLLYWOOD SH-T GONE SOMEBODY WHOLE MOUTHPIECE KNOCKED OFF !!!!!!! THIS IS REAL NOT A GAME!!! SUPPORT OR DON'T THE REAL WILL !"
Oop! Was that a threat?
