Could R. Kelly Beat The Case On A Technicality? Yup!

R. Kelly isn't playing with the law. The pied piper may have a way out of his 10-charges!

(AllHipHop Rumors) IF R. Kelly gets off on this one, I am going to leave the man alone. Only the streets will be able to handle the situation. As you know, there are a number of sex tapes that have come out and allegedly show The R having sex with an underage girl or girls. This has lead him into a new legal quandary and situation that is already extremely expensive and time consuming. This not only takes time out of R. Kelly's life, but people like me, the damn writers.

The big question now is how did these tapes come to the front? Lawyer Michael Avenatti has been the principal going after R. Kelly legally and he was the person that obtained the video of R. Kelly and the 14 year-old kid. The only thing: the man that gave it to Avenatti is an alleged extortionist that have been trying to get money from R. Kelly for the longest. Lawyers for R. Kelly are now saying that this tape could have been doctored or altered because it came from these sources. This could get the whole case tossed!

Now, some of this does make sense. They are saying that Michael Avenatti is the extortionist, but the man that shook R. Kelly down is the one that has gotten bread to the tune of $1 million from the singer. Now, how can that be if the tape isn't real? Secondly, how is the lawyer the extortion master when the man has all the money? I predict, Kelly's case will continue, but now the jury potentially has reasonable doubt. There are supposedly two R. Kelly sex tapes that are smoking guns to his guilt.

And we thought he was acting!
