Dame Dash Apologizes To Jay-Z, Lyor Cohen, Biggs And Jim Jones! What Next?

Will Jay-Z and company accept Dame's apology?

(AllHipHop Rumors) I never thought I would see the day that Damon "Dame" Dash would be saying sorry to Jay-Z, Biggs, Jim Jones...and DAMN Lyor Cohen?! Not "Mr. Culture Vulture" himself? Lyor is the ONE dude that is the whole premise of a movement that Dame created. Now, when I first saw this yesterday, I didn't even...write a word. I just watched the video over and over and over and over. I just could not believe what I was seeing and hearing. I thought it might be a prank. But it was real. But Dame posted it himself. Check it out.

“I called Jim Jones today like I miss him. I don’t know if y’all know, but I miss him. As a brother, I love his family. I want him to be happy. And Jay, you know, the friendship we had was cool, man. I just miss it. But whatever he doing, he doing. But I’m cool with it, bro."

“I’m sorry man, I wasn’t myself for a second. Aaliyah had me f##ked up. And Biggs, I’m sorry bro if I offended you. Whatever you doing, I’m with it. I love you, man. I know y’all mad at me, but whatever, I’m sorry. I can admit it. When I make some money, I’ll send you something because you my brother. I love your family.”

This comes on the heels on the Roc Nation Brunch during the Grammy Festivities. It was lit! Jim and Biggs were there, an so were sooooooooo many people from the music industry. I wasn't there, because I never get invited to things of this nature. I'm a lame, apparently. However, for Dame Dash, I can only imagine him felt a FOMO (fear of missing out!). Everybody looked so happy!

I hate to say it like this, but it feels like Dame is in hell. I know he just made some paper from that Lee Daniels situation, but this is crazy!

Now, there is a twist. Choke No Joke, the producer that used to work for Roc-A-Fella back in the day has been like Dame Dash's nemesis of sorts, is now commenting. And he's saying that Dame was right all along!

Here is an interview that Choke did with AllHipHop years ago.

A lot of people don't know how far back this goes, but Dame has a rep that is like two sides of a coin. At the end of the day, something happened with the big dogs of the day and they have basically excommunicated him from EVERYTHING. It is CRAZY to see that everybody has had beef and has patched it up...'cept Dame. Everybody from Fat Joe and Jay-Z, Jim/Dipset and Jay, Biggs and Jay! They are all cool now!

Dame was always 50/50. 50% of the time he says some REAL Powerful, motivational business game & the other 50% of the time he was constantly shitting on other people who have achieved sucess in the same industry he didn't want to be apart of anymore!!! He specifically said "I'm done with Hip Hop. I've done that I'm trying to conquer Hollywood". 3 - 4 years later when shit didn't work out, he started dissing everyone he used to get money with that never left the Music Business! Calling some people Culture Vulture's & basically making it seem like other people are really failures if they were successful, famous & rich but have a boss or someone above them! Biggs at 1 time his closest friend has been doing business with Jay since he came home & even Jim Jones who spent year's taking shots at Jay is managed by Roc Nation!!! Seeing all those Powerful Black Men he used to be with toasting to success & loving life had to be the ultimate slap in the face. KARMA is REAL!!!

He burned to many bridges. Acting like this will not want to make anyone do business with Dame. He could have took a different approach to make his point. Yelling at adults like kids does not motivate people to do shit.
