(AllHipHop Rumors) Dame Dash has has a rough time scratching and clawing his way back to the top. He's not playing with his money, either! He's got quite a lot going on from film to books to speaking and more. But, there is the lingering issue about him and director Lee Daniels. Earlier this year Dame Dash PULLED UP on Lee Daniels at a concert and told him "I WANT MY MONEY!" A lot of people don't realize that Dame helped out a lot of people! He put people in the game! Kanye still owes Dame some cash! Lee Daniels in another one. He helped Lee when he was next to nothing! When Lee wanted to do the movie "Precious" back in 2009, Dame Dash loaned him a coooooooool $2 million buck! The only thing is, he never got paid back! Lee is pretty successful these days, and so is Dame. However, we have yet to find out the result of this money situation! I want Damon Dash to get his paper!
There is a new situation with Dame that I saw off another site.
> A woman who owns a children’s hair salon in Los Angeles claims music mogulDamon Dashcame into her shop and threatened her life in front of customers.
> According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Patrice Miner was granted a temporary restraining order against Dash, barring him from coming within 30 yards of her or her store.
> Miner claims that Dash — who she describes as an “investor and customer” — recently came into the store, “walked up to me and threaten my life.” She claims Dash grabbed a customer and threw him out of the shop before telling her she was “so lucky” there were people there.
> In another incident, she claims Dash “yelled and screamed and called me an idiot in front of guests and customers.”
> It’s unclear if Dash really is an investor in the business, but the company posted a photo on their Instagram page in August of Dash alongside “Luke Cage” star Mike Colter.
> In her filing, Miner checked the box saying she did not give notice to Dash before filing the TRO because she “was afraid that the violence would reoccur when I gave notice I was asking for these orders.”
> Miner was granted the TRO and there will be a hearing later this month to make it permanent.
> The Blast reached out to a rep for Damon Dash for comment — so far, no word back.
The truth is, a restraining order of 30 days is something anybody can get by just going to the cops. It doesn't mean that Dame actually did anything, trust.
