(AllHipHop Rumors)Miley Cyrus scored a big hit in 2013 with her "23's" single.

The song was produced by Mike Will Made It and featured rappers Juicy J and Wiz Khalifa.

The song allowed Miley Cyrus to take her career to new heights as fans sung about the j's on their feet. However, a musician is now accusing the trio of stealing her song.

The rapper's name is Yella the Triple Threat and she says Cyrus completely stole her song.

Yella the Triple Threat's also goes by Ariella Asher. According to Asher, she released a song titled "J's On My Feet" ft. Fleetwood in 2012.

A year later the Cyrus "23's" record would be released. Asher says Cyrus took the track and used it to reinvent her career.

Now Asher is seeking to be paid for what is rightfully hers. Do you think the songs sound similar?
