(AllHipHop Rumors) I cannot believe Oprah is pushing and peddling this to the masses of people. I guess a click is a click! I am not supporting the click though! MJ has been murdered several times over, even in death and HBO and Sundance are doing another drive-by on his legacy with this new documentary "Leaving Neverland."
The digital dude decided to write a whole op ed piece on why he's "letting go of MJ." AND? So what? To my knowledge, the King of Pop didn't go to jail, wasn't persecuted and WAS pursued for YEARS. They even took pictures of his genitals to try to make something stick. Now accusations are another thing. Anybody can accuse.
I am riding with MJ and I am absolutely not going to stop playing Off The Wall or Thriller - EVER. MJ ain't R. Kelly. But some seem to want to ride the wave and have their two cents as if it was predicated on some investigation. It is based on feelings, emotions and clicks on a web side. Ride the wave. But, I'm going to surf another wave.
My wave is that wave that's not hear for the overt annihilation of the legacy of the man that transformed how we took in music, created the all time greatest selling album, Thriller. F##k The Eagles. And, he did tons and tons of good, while he was here. Was he an odd duck? Hell yeah! And I think anybody would be if they came up like him, but does that make him a child rapist? NAH HOMIE.
Check out what the family said on The Breakfast Club.
Taj and Marlon Jackson defended MJ and I salute them.
I wonder if Oprah will make a statement like this for Harvey Weinstein, whom she has been seen cavorting with.
