Pusha T's "The Story of Adidon" Turns 1! And The Legend Of The Surgical Summer!

Pusha T - The Story of Adidon - turns one years old. What is the legacy of the diss!

(AllHipHop Rumors) It looked as if Drake could be taken down a year ago today when the Virginia Beach spitter Pusha T releasede "The Story of Adidon [Drake Diss]" which tested the meddle of the Canadian rapper. Up until that point, Drake was putting up nothing, but wins and folks like Meek Mill were the victims. Meek had special circumstances so, for now, we are going to give him a pass. Plus, he and Drizzy are now cool again.

"The Story of Adidon" was a momentary death blow for Drake as Pusha T delivered low blow after low blow. He went for everything, like Drake's musical partner having MS to the blackface artwork to the stunning revelation that Drake was "hiding" a child. There was so much said that J. Prince jumped into it halted what could have been an epic, legendary battle for the GOOD OF HIP-HOP! The reality is, he probably saved Drake. To this day, we don't know what Pusha had in store with his "Surgical Summer," but it sounded more like something this guy would do:

What do you think was the Surgical Summer? What was Pusha T planning?

This video sheds some light on the situation.

Push was in his heaven! What do you think of the legacy of this album and this diss? Is it top 5 disses of all time? Is it overrated? Has Drake fully recovered or is this a stain on his resume?

When is Pusha T going to come back with some more heat?

I'm NOT a Drake Hater but he definitely needed to come down off his high horse! You have all of these millennials thinking he's the king of Rap/Hip Hop. Pusha was never going to outsell Drake. Nobody is & the reason is the majority of his fan's don't give a fuck about culture or just started listening to rap & because Drake's songs are on the radio every 3 - 5 songs they just assume he's the best. As a longtime fan of The Clipse & Pusha, I would've loved to hear what more he had in store. Knowing his past & his persona I would bet it was going to get a lot worse for Aubrey. I respect J. Prince but if REAL Hip Hop is about being authentic then him saying Drake had a song that would've ended Pusha's career is BS!!!!
