Wait... There's More Footage Of The Jussie Smollett "Attack?"

More Footage Turns Up Of Jussie Smollett And His Alleged Attackers

Another one. This has become a Black soap opera just like a Lee Daniels show. A week can never just go by without another story or video from the alleged attack on Jussie Smollett. We thought all that was taken car of. Weren’t the charges dismissed? Wasn’t he cleared of all the charges? Who knows? Once again, footage was released today that places the alleged “attackers” at the scene the of the “crime” along with Smollett.

New video shows the “Empire” actor mand the Osundairo brothers, whom he claims gave him a beat down, both walking down the same damn sidewalk. All three, yup, all three are passing a loading dock within seconds of each other — at the same time of the he alleged that the attack took place.

The footage was obtained by Fox News from the Chicago Police Department through a Freedom of Information Act request.

Authorities told Fox that Smollett and the Osundairos are the ones seen on tape, with the brothers wearing hooded sweatshirts and the television star sporting the same white sweater he wore during the Jan. 29 “attack” — which cops have labeled as a hoax.

The video shows Smollett leaving his luxury Chicago pad before he heads out to the Subway sandwich spot where he told the authorities he went.

The brothers can be seen walking around in the same exact area, at the same time of the alleged hate crime, according to the police.

“Two subjects now known to be [redacted] and [redacted] enter the store and purchase several items, which included gloves, face masks and a red hat,” Chicago police reportedly stated.

Although he’s still being prosecuted by a Special Prosecutor of Cook County, Smollett walked out of the courtroom with his freedom, but he had to give his $10,000 bail and perform community service.
