Master P Surprises 9-Year-Old Shooting Victim

MASTER P SURPRISES YOUNG FAN SHOT PLAYING BASKETBALL

While in Lousiville, Kentucky this weekend for WDRB's Hoop It Up basketball tournament, No Limit CEO, Former NBA player, and longtime entrepreneur, Master P, made a special stop.
He visited the home of Ki'Anthony Tyus.

Ki'Anthony was shot at a local park while playing a game of basketball. He was discharged from the hospital on Sunday.

Master P says the 9-year-old wanted to speak to him on the phone, but instead, he surprised him with a visit to his house with a new pair of basketball sneakers to hoop in when he recovers from his injury.

"I got kids in my family that's dead or incarcerated at a young age, and we're here to help the kids," Master P said. "And we hope we can change this and let this be an example that we're killing our kids, and it's our future"

I wish a speedy recovery to Ki'Anthony, and I salute Master P for never forgetting where he came from.
